International Shipping

International shipments are shipped via USPS as First Class Mail. Deliveries for international packages generally take between 7-21 days to arrive. USPS does not guarantee delivery dates or times.

 When will my order ship?

Orders are processed with 3-5 business or sooner unless otherwise stated within the specific listing of an item you are ordering.

Shipping Address 

Please be sure that the address information is entered correctly. If there is an issue with your address within 24 hours of placing your order, please email info@idkkshop.com to update. iDKK Shop will not be held liable for any shipping address discrepancies and wrong deliveries of orders.

Delays in shipping

Due to the SHIPPING DELAYS with postal services, please be aware that iDezign is not responsible for lost or damaged packages related to the shipping carrier. Please reach out to the shipping supplier to file a claim for reimbursement.
